Please allow 5-7 business days after payment for your order to be processed, with an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Wigs are 15-21 business days. Please note that for customized wig units, no refund or exchange will be accepted. We specialize in RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS, which takes time to be co-washed etc before shipping.
All orders that was placed over a holiday and/or the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared and ready for shipping, confirmation will be sent including the tracking number, via email address you provided. Please ensure that your contact information is correct when creating your CHERRY POP HAIR EXTENSIONS account. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging onto your account. Once you receive your tracking number allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become recognizable.

International Orders: All custom/import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping cost. These charges are you the buyer’s responsibility. Prior to buying, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES: Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address provided when you made your initial order. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking numbers are sent to your email address inbox when a shipping label is created. Please also be sure to check your spam folders for shipping information, if shipping information was not received based on the time stated in the shipping, processing & handling policy, please contact us and let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package. Incomplete or incorrect address information will cause a definite delay in the shipping of your order. Please thoroughly check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (street# address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Please note: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once you placed orders. If your order got returned to us we will re-ship at your expense. CHERRY POP HAIR will not be responsible for returned packages due to inaccurate shipping information.
We ship all orders to verified billing and shipping address.
We ship all US orders via United States Postal Service.
Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days after your package has shipped.
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition.
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy in regards to exchanging or return of merchandise.
Cherry Pop Hair is happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange on hair extensions that have not been opened or worn, and are returned to us in original packaging and condition. Please note, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on hair extensions that are returned to us with the elastic banding or zip ties removed.
*Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from its original packaging and is used in any visible manner, or tampered with the exchange policy will be voided.
Why are extensions non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on". Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for color, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. Used extensions cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Follow these steps for a return or exchange:
Email us at Cherrypophair@gmail.com with a brief description of why you why like to return or exchange your item along with your order number. Please do not send back the product until you receive a response from us.
Package the product and invoice properly for shipping. The sales invoice must be included with your return. Not including the invoice or your order number will result in a delayed refund or exchange, as we will not be able to track your transaction & payment information
All returns must be sent back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Cherry Pop Hair cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

All Cherry Pop Hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and contents or a return/exchange will not be issued.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Your order must be shipped back via an insured or trackable method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
Please indicate on the package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or there is a risk that your package will be returned to you.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3 to 7 working days. Please note exchanges may incur a $10 restocking and handling fee.
What is the return period?
We will provide a full refund or exchange on unworn and unused hair extensions within 14 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
